Some adventures begin with a plan and a group of friends who know just how to turn a weekend into a memory.
One spontaneous Cape Cod trip started with a simple mission: photograph as many lighthouses as we could before the sun dipped below the horizon. It wasn’t my idea, but it was exactly the kind of adventure my friends excelled at—pulling me out of my comfort zone and into something unforgettable. And this one? I was all in.
I’ve always loved lighthouses. Their quiet strength. Their timeless glow. Their way of standing watch over the sea and the stories it carries.

We chased the shoreline like kids on a treasure hunt, winding through windswept roads and historic towns. Nobska. Stage Harbor. Chatham. Nauset. Each one a sentinel of the coast, each one a stop on our joyful pilgrimage. And then—Highland Light.
Just in time for sunset. The timing felt divine. The sun hung low, casting a golden glow that wrapped the lighthouse in warmth. It was as if the light itself was welcoming us. I snapped a photo of Cape Cod Light silhouetted against that fiery sky—and that image became my favorite. The first I ever printed. The first I ever framed.

Every time I look at that picture, I'm transported right back. I hear the laughter of my friends, see their smiles, and feel the joy of that day. Somehow, a single image managed to hold it all, not just the lighthouse, but the memory, the warmth, and the people who made it unforgettable.
If Cape Cod holds a piece of your heart too, I’ve got something special for you. My travel tees are designed to carry those memories—stitched with nostalgia, regional pride, and the spirit of adventure. Each design is a tribute to places like Highland Light, where the sun and sea conspire to create something unforgettable.
My hope is that as you explore Joe’s Travel Tee Shop, you’ll discover a design that brings it all rushing back—the laughter, the place, the people who made that moment unforgettable. May your tee be more than a souvenir. May it be a memory you can wear.
Thanks for shopping by,
Joe
